Terms
The agreement, in plain English.
Using this site means you accept what follows. It is short on purpose.

Who we are
Concierge of Charleston is a planning and publishing service based in Charleston, South Carolina. Reach us at concierge@conciergeofcharleston.com.
What the concierge is
We give recommendations and judgment, not bookings. We are not your agent, and we do not hold reservations, tickets or contracts on your behalf. Anything we suggest is yours to confirm directly with the business concerned.
Hours, prices, seasons and access change. We publish what we have verified and say plainly when we cannot verify something, but you should confirm anything your day depends on.
Independence
Recommendations are editorial. A business cannot buy a place in a plan. Where a listing has been claimed or corrected by its owner, that is disclosed on the listing.
Digital purchases
Buying a digital product gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own trip or event. You may share a browser experience with the people participating in that same trip or event, but please do not post its private receipt link, resell it, republish it or distribute it outside your group. Delivery is through the secure order page immediately after payment. File links are valid for re-download for 30 days; access to a browser experience remains tied to a valid paid order. See Refunds.
Saved plans
A saved plan lives at a private link. Anyone with that link can read it. Do not post it publicly if you want it to stay private, and ask us if you would like it deleted.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell or republish our content, and do not attempt to reach parts of the site that are not yours. We may withdraw access for misuse.
Liability
We take care, but we cannot be responsible for a business's own performance, availability or pricing, or for a plan that weather or a closure disrupts. Our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the review date at the top always shows the current version. South Carolina law governs any dispute.
