What we hold, and why.

We ask for as little as the work requires, and we do not sell anything we are told.

What we collect

When you plan a visit, we hold the answers you give the concierge — occasion, dates, party size, where you are staying and what you want out of the trip — together with the plan we composed from them.

When you buy something, our payment processor collects your card details and email. We never see or store card numbers. We keep your email, the item, the amount and the date so we can send a receipt and restore your download or browser-product access.

We record anonymous usage events (pages viewed, plans composed) so we can tell what is working. These are not tied to a name.

Game progress and Photo Evidence

Charleston After Hours keeps the bride name, game progress, Pineapple Points, awards and selected Photo Evidence in storage on the device where you play. Photo Evidence is resized and stored locally for your recap; it is not uploaded to us. Clearing site data or changing devices can remove that local progress and those photos.

Why we hold it

To compose your plan, to keep a saved plan readable at its private link, to deliver and support what you have bought, and to answer you when you write to us. Nothing else.

Who else sees it

Our payment processor (Stripe), our hosting and database provider, our email sender and the AI provider that writes the wording of your plan. Each one processes it on our instruction only. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share your intake answers with the businesses we recommend unless you ask us to make an introduction.

Saved plans and private links

A saved plan lives behind an unguessable link. Anyone holding that link can read the plan, so send it only to your own party. Ask us and we will delete it.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept for seven years because tax rules require it. Saved plans and intake answers are kept until you ask us to remove them, or for two years of inactivity.

Your choices

Write to concierge@conciergeofcharleston.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We reply within five business days.

Cookies

We set only what the site needs to work: a session identifier, and — before launch — proof that your browser has private-preview access. Browser products also use local device storage for access, progress and the private features described above. No advertising cookies.
